Ever since I've had my PB 17" it's been a great machine�however, like many things, there's always something you wish were better or different. One of those things for me was the volume. It just didn't get all that loud, especially noticable when watching a DVD with my kids a few months ago when on a trip. However, this past weekend, I installed Panther 10.3.1 and just realized last night that the volume is markedly louder. I've actually found myself turning the volume down in a situation that I normally needed to have it maxed out.
So, if you've thought to yourself that you wish there was a bit more punch to the volume of your PB, maybe you'll experience the same improvement from the Panther upgrade.
