Hey guys, I cracked the screen on my MBP, and I am ordering another one through iFixit, I have a glossy screen now, the colors are quite nice, as well as the brightness, does anyone have good reason for me to go for the matte? They are the same price.

Thank you.

If you like glossy, go with glossy. I'm firmly in the matte camp, but that's just me.

It comes down to personal choice. Check out a local shop that has a range of laptops with matte & glossy screens to see what you prefer. Glossy can be converted to matte with add on filters (but not the other way around), so if undecided you could get glossy then add/remove the filter as you see fit.

Where can I find one of these screen adaptors, I would like to try it out to see what it is like.

Thanks.
