You stink. Subego's story was from February, and it took place in Chicago.

P.S. are you looking forward to Obamacare?

That's not fair.

Risking an STD on a Canadian prostitute for $847.00 may not be something you'd let out in less than 6 months. Besides, I said from Toronto which, according to Athens might make her Asian.

P.S. are you looking forward to Obamacare?
Enough that I'd move to Canada? Good question.

If you moved to Canada the whores you could be with would be much better than the broads you pick up at Steak and Shake after ordering them a Miller Lite.

I won't have Obamacare and neither will anyone else around me, my state ruled that it was unconstitutional.

It will be interesting to see what will happen if Obamacare does lower prices and your citizenry wants a piece of that action.

Then they can lobby for a constitutional amendment to allow for it, if they choose. If they really feel strongly about it they can also move.

Great to see you're settling in, Oreo. What neighbourhood did you guys finally arrive in? I had a visit back to Toronto this past weekend and it was great cruising through some old stomping grounds.

I'll find out today. My favorite is a furnished 2-bedroom apartment on Vaughan Street and we're among the top-2 candidates. We have a few 1 bedroom alternatives, two close to Lake Ontario (we'd be the first to move in there) and one in the North close to Yonge/Eglington. The latter would obviously be cheaper.

But honestly, hunting for an apartment here is not that bad compared to, say, Munich.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

Sounds great. It's great to be on the subway line if possible, although Yonge-Eglington might mean you have to do the bottom loop or transfer across, depending on where you're working - a small inconvenience. But there's a lot of good stuff around that location as well.

The waterfront is nice and it's being updated constantly - I was there on Saturday and a lot has changed on Queen's Quay in the past 3 or 4 years! - but it used to be a little more spotty with public transit and perhaps as a result the atmosphere could be a little dead sometimes, particularly in the evening (it's crazy during the day on weekends).

Just remember that in the winter there's a big difference between waiting for a bus/streetcar on the side of the road and waiting for a train underground - the latter is definitely a better option. Good luck!
