Believe me, it doesn't get any better with a four-year old

I have been looking for something like for a while now. This will be so awesome, especially for the time of suhur and iftar.

It sure is. The alarm feature is very handy. And it reminds me to do something fun while waiting for coffee to brew.

Google'd screen cap:

NO. But playing with a vagina CAN cause children. Caution is advised!

And the others are right-it doesn't get any better when they're four. Or five. Or just about any age until they decide they're completely independent and leave. But the annoyances change; instead of keeping them in bed until a reasonable hour, you'll find it hard to get them OUT OF BED at ANY hour. Still, they're fun, particularly when they're little.

The excellent DAB digital radio alarm clock from Pure. Check out the SnoozeHandle™ - your flailing arm can touch it anywhere to allow you back into snoozy oblivion for those precious few more miuntes.

What's the DAB nomenclature signify? It seems all their radios have this?
Is is some sort of digital broadcasting receiver? If so, would it work in the States?
(Although I am still very favorably inclined to the clock Mastrap posted.)
One should never stop striving for clarity of thought and precision of expression.
I would prefer my humanity sullied with the tarnish of science rather than the gloss of religion.

Squinting under the DAB logo in the image, I seem to be able to make out the words “Digital Audio Broadcasting”. No clue whether this is USA-compatible, obviously.

That sounds like every one of our four (4) cats! You do not mess around with an alarmclock with sharp teeth and claws...

Strangely enough, they also kick us out of bed at0 06:00 every morining...

-or-

Occasionally, DW will throw the baby on the bed if she wants me to get up. My 6-year-old will sleep forever, so he's not a reliable alarm anymore.

VW you are teh crazy, why would you want to listen to religious music every morning? Reminds me of this odd lad I used to know who would sing this little song, "Our god is an awesome god" to himself every day. Drove me crazy.

hehe, I know. Most people say this. But I really really hate waking up in the morning and I've tried everything. This is the only thing that works and helps me get up early enough to do what I need to do before work.

Oh I have a 5 year old. He's cool.

It's Miss Three who wakes me up every morning with "I had good dreams Daddy!"

You can't buy that.

Yep, DAB=Digital Audio Broadcasting. We have it in Belgium, you have it in the UK and Germany as well I think, but I don't know about other countries actually. I highly doubt that DAB is available in the US.

"eSpresso". Just FYI.

I just recently got this one:

Yes, it's tacky, especially since pressing the front face lights it up, which I love:

Pressing the face is also the snooze button.

It's the only bell alarm clock (I wanted one since I regularly slept through my mobile phone's alarm signal) that I've ever seen with a snooze function.

Man, I've had it so long, I don't remember. After I bought my iMacDV, I do remember how I just had to have one! I think I actually bought it on eBay because I couldn't find them anywhere around where I was living at the time.
