I had this happen a couple of times as of late. A simple restart usually fixes it and this is intermitant, I don't see it happen very often at least not yet. Does anyone know from the screenshot below what might be happening?

Try running the Hardware Test on your boot disk.

Your graphics chip is probably taking a dive. The hardware test may substantiate this.

Wooo.... looks like you hacked in The Matrix. Sorry to say, it is probably hardware issue. Does this happen when you are doing some graphic intensive work?

I only have it show up on a boot up - doesn't happen during work, thank god. First time it happened was after a trip so I though maybe a loose connection - I checked them all and they seem fine.

If it's still under warranty, I'd recommend a trip to the Apple Store.
