With the recent changes/updates to Apple's product line and the incredible progress Alex has made in giving new life to old soldiers, I thought this thread can be the repository for those that wish to share and compare the performance of their rigs. It will also make it easier to compare the impact of new application versions vs. previous editions.

My best was about 3 weks ago on my MBP 2.16 Core Duo. I hit somewhere around 1250 and was #234 in the world, according to SAH...and then the new Mac Pros started to appear - now I'm done to a RAC of around 1150 and #400 or so in the world, partly due to a couple of cross-country flights last year and lugging the computer back and forth to work. Probably lost 24 hours worth of crunching in a 7 day period...
Ah, well...it all helps science...

Er, you should be close to 3000 RAC with 7.1. I am at ~1600 RAC with a quad G5 and its only been running SETI for about a week.

Sorry. I meant to say that you should be getting about 3000/day in credits. Not sure what that translates to in RAC.
I've been running SETI (exclusively) on my macs for about 2 weeks now. They are running the latest v7 w/o graphics. They are set to "run always".
So far, this is my RAC. All of these RAC scores are continuing to climb.:
2198: Quad G5 (Currently #51! I use this as my daily work machine too)
941: 2.33ghz C2D iMac (it has been running only one week to date. another daily work machine)
905#: 2.16gbz CD Macbook Pro (missed ~6 hours of crunch time during commute)
312*: 1.8ghz G5 iMac (just replaced by C2D above. was daily work machine.)
211*: 1.3ghz G4 iBook
172*: 1.25ghz G4 PowerBook (*had some recent down time. daily rate normally just under iBook's)
*Dedicated cruncher

In what context? We are discussing Distributed Computing, which is letting our computers spend idle time helping worthwhile scientific research projects. In this case, helping researchers look for signs of alien life in the galaxy.
Specific to this thread, they are bragging about how fast each person's computer is. Well not officially, but that is what it really means.

Really?
Thank you for clearing-up the real intention behind the thread.
You sure saw through my official disguise.
I've never insulted or berated anyone in this forum and would appreciate similar consideration...especially from a Moderator.
Best regards,
Gecko
