i'm thinking of selling my imac on ebay and getting the new one. How much do you think i'd get (in�) for a 1ghz imac, 15'screen, 512 ram, 160GB hard drive and bluetooth.

i dunno much about imacs .. i'm curious if that's g3 or g4 .. (i'm assuming g4)

No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

yeah G4, think i'm going to wait revision b of the new imac anyway for a better graphics card.

FWIW, this is the same graphics card in the stock 1.8 and 2.0 G5's

I haven't seen this level (not just you but everybody else too) of whining about the video card in long time. I know in the PM you can swap it out, but still way too much complaing.

Am I upset over it, no I own a 2.0 rev b. G5 (stock) and so I won't be buying an iMac. Will I swap out the video card, no in the foreseeable future.

Considering how the iPod was roundly dismissed here (and on Slashdot) I think Apple should do the oppostie of Macnn conventional wisdom.

About 6 months ago I sold my 1ghz 15 inch 256 ram 80 gig HD iMac for a little over 1000. But of course, that was before the new iMac came out so now people are probably willing to pay less.
