I just installed iTunes 2 and I thought this problem I have would go away, but it didn't...

Does anyone have this problem: if my Powerbook's (G4-400) volume is muted and then I load iTunes (ver 1 or 2) I can't unmute the thing. The program itself shows a mute function under the Controls menu and I can select Mute or deselect it, but the hardware itself doesn't unmute. This only happens when the computer is muted BEFORE loading iTunes...if mute is OFF and then I load iTunes I can successfully mute or unmute as much as I want.

It's really annoying and I thought Apple would have fixed this by ver. 2...
