Anyone got an opinion on the two force feedback controllers I see at the Apple Store? (Logitech and Macally iShock) I like the looks/shape of the Macally better, but don't wanna buy a piece of crap just because it's all shiny

I posted a similar topic earlier and I was advised not to buy the iShock. But then I look at it this way: what other controllers are there?

I would stay away from anything with MacAlly's name on it, after having bought their iMedia keyboard. (It's extra-sensitive to electro-magnetic fields and turns the computer on after it's been shutdown.)
Any controllers with the Immersion label should do fine. That includes Logitech, Saitek, Thrustmaster, and I believe, Microsoft.
Immersion is the company with the force feedback technology that was added to 10.2.3.

I dunno, but this is the description at the Apple store
"Macally brings the realism of game play to the Mac with one of the first Force Feedback game controllers. The iShock II programmable gamepad is the next step in realism for the Mac."
