I have a broadband connection, but unfortunately my ISP doesn't provide me with a backup dial-up for the road. But, I will be traveling soon with my iBook and would like to stay connected while on the road. Can you recommend any cheap or free ISP services for this purpose?

I seriously doubt that there is a universal, country-wide free dial-up service.
If this was the case, it would be jammed all the time and slow as hell...
