I am trying to sync

'/volumes/disk2/work documents"

with

'/volumes/nasshare/'

Could someone tell me what the rsync command is? And then also, how would I execute the rsync command in apple script? I would like to schedule in the middle of the night.

Thanks much!!

rsync -a /source/path /destination/path or rsync -a --delete /source/path /destination/path if the destination path should mirror the source, even if that means deleting files.

Why schedule it with Applescript and not cron?
