My mom is upgrading her C2D MacBook 2GHZ white with 2GB RAM to a 2.4GHZ MacBook. She got the Macbook end of January 2007 and also has AppleCare on it until February 2010. We live in Canada and it cost $1,649 at the time. The keyboard rest has those spots as well as a small (1/2 cenemter?) zig zag harline cut in the display where I accidently bumped the Apple display into it last year. My mom has removed the stuff from the desk to pack to move and that included the monitor stand. Leanred my lesson.

What is the max dollar she can get for it. She has someone interested who will be paying market value.

Apple will repair the covers with those spots on it for free.

AppleCare will greatly improve your price. I don't know what you should be asking as it can be regionally different.

Oh I missed that. That makes it very hard to price, but a cut in the display is going to destroy the value. Maybe $500.

A fracture is a fracture. And it destroys the value.

My sig is 1 pixel too big.
