I was at Verizon today and they got totally frustrated with me cuz I have a Mac and want certain things in a phone that they can't provide at a decent cost.

I want to have a keyboard, be able to type my assignments from classes, have reminders for such.

Most of the phones run Windows Mobile, which is exactly what I want, but I don't have Windows to sync up.

What can I do that they can't tell me?

Sometimes being a Mac User is discouraging.

Why thank you!

Precisely what I could not get the Verizon Guys to help me with!

Ah, there is new hope for me!

Just list what I have to do, not actually type papers.

---SNIP---Sometimes being a Mac User is discouraging.

Discouraging?? Why?

Seriously, going into ANY cellular provider's retail store looking for help with your Mac/Smartphone syncing almost makes me laugh. Get resourceful. Hop on the internet.

Or ask here. : \

You're welcome! I know several people who use it with Treos. They love it!

I'm sorry. I was just looking to buy a phone, not help from them and I asked questions and they turned into car salesmen, not wanting me to leave w/o making a purchase. Tis the season.

Of course, I am doing my own research.

The intarnets can put people in bad moods, especially when the tubes break.

I have a Treo 650 with the Palm OS that I use Missing Sync with and LOVE it. One of my Tech Support clients has a Treo 700W with Windows Mobile and Missing Sync works fine for that as well. I am very much not a fan of Win Mobile. It is not very intuitive and she has to reset the phone on occasion as it locks up. She has had it replaced once already, but still has problems.

What are you missing on your Symbian sync? The only thing that I don't get syncing my series 60 phone with iSync is notes...

Another vote for the E61 here, had one for a few months now and I have never had a better phone in the past, and i've been through a few.

Wifi, full size keyboard, huge screen, and easy to sync with mac, without buying extra software.
