looking into gettin a camcorder soon so i thought it would be cool if you could list the cam you use and possibly link a pic or a link to it.

I have the Canon MV700I. Im really happy with it. Its an entry level camera, but it has all the features I need. Plugs into my imac via firewire and is supported directly by imovie.

I think apple sell it directly via their online store.

Hmm looks like the models are different in the US.

I think its the same as this one.

$399 US - cant beat that. I paid the equivalent of around $600 US for mine.....

I'm happy with my Sony DCR-PC120E, nowhere to be found anymore but it works great. Plug it in with FW and get in there with iMovie or Final Cut and do your thing

cool

im looking to get the canon zr-80,85, or 90

the same one chimpmaster has just hte US version, i just want something i can fool around with at say sport games, parties, events....etc

im more interested in getting a new digital camera (if its that) all i know is that i fell in love with a Canon EOS (I THINK THATS WHAT ITS CALLED) at the Apple store, it's $999.00 USD

ill try to get that next year, or after my birthday and holidays (birthday in Nov., and xmas soon after !!!)

I agree. My Sony has worked flawlessly with with iMovie/Final Cut.
