xvids play crappy in tiger?

i did a fresh wipe install when i went to tiger and now all my xvid avi's play like crap, with no sound and freeze ALOT in QT. They play fine in VLC although. I use 3vix and Dvix official releases and see no mention of problems with tiger on their sites. Any ideas?

The 3ivx forums have a thread about bad performance in Tiger. And the Divx plugin seems to be quite buggy under Tiger. Hopefully we'll see updated releases of both soon.

Looks like we wont get an update till they get their asses done with DivX 6
