Hey everyone -

I just purchased (on our own MacNN forums, actually) a beautiful Powerbook G3 Pismo 500mhz. It already has 512mb ram and I just finished installing tiger, office, etc. The 'mo is great!

One thing I am curious about is how to see what RPM my HD is running at. I know it's upgraded from the stock because it's a 40GB, but I don't know what it's specific specs. I looked in the system profiler, etc. but didn't see anything. Is there maybe a shell command?

Thanks a lot guys!

Kyle

There may be an easier way, but what you could do is just google the model number of the hard drive.
