how do i establish an IR connection to a PC laptop? The reason I ask is that I dug up an old Dell on which barely anything works anymore and the screen's almost falling off. But, I'd like to transfer files off of it and I have no other means of doing so (no ethernet, modem, cd, etc...) The Dell detect my Palm when it's within range, but not my Powerbook.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
p.s. I should mention I running 10.3.1, the Dell is running ME.
P.P.S. Alright, it looks like my Tibook's infrared port doesn't see my Palm either, so I'm thinking that the infrared port isn't working at all.

15" PB/1.25 G4/1gb ram/80gb hd/Superdrive
+ special screen with white spots AND dimmer right side than left. 2 Keyboard replacements, warping Al case wobbles on a flat table, squeeks when typing...etc.etc.etc. Superb!
