I've got few weeks ago new PowerMac G4 Dual 1.25Ghz and wanted to install MacOS X Server 10.2, but didn't work out, it's not even booting from Installation CD. Anyone can recommend solution for this problem?

Probably because those machines won't run anything prior to 10.2.4, so unless the install CD is 10.2.4 you won't have any luck booting. Just a theory. I don't actually know for sure.

Two drives.
Boot off a 10.2.3 or higher OS X client install.
Install OS X Server on the second drive while booted into OS X client.
Update OS X Server to 10.2.5 with a combo updater.
Boot into OS X Server.
yo frat boy. where's my tax cut.
