Are there any other rubber stops that raise the Macbook higher?

I find the ones on the Macbook, for what they are, pretty good. But I can't help but feel as if not enough air is coming out from the bottom. It gets pretty hot after an hour of use. So are there any other rubber stops I can replace with the ones on the Macbook, that elevate it just a lil' bit more, for better air ventilation?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You really need the coolpad. Almost no one mentions the display contacting and scuffing the front edge when the display is opened all the way because of the minimalistic feet and the hinge pivot stop (or lack of). Very annoying indeed.

I found a small rubber bouncing ball (came out of a cracker, and is a lovely luminous pink colour) and cut it in half. I use that to raise the rear of the Macbook a good 1.5 cm off the table. Don't know if it really helps cooling, but it makes typing nicer.

Well I assume you are talking about raising the macbook off of a desk or table and not your lap. With my old powerbook I used two soda bottle caps (one for each rear corner). Kind of ghetto I know, but it raised it up enough to allow for air to flow under it. Plus as long as you drink a couple bottles of soda it's free!
