Hillary is so corrupt she took donations from all 5 of the most predatory banks in the USA.

Oh wait, that actually happened...

It feels like during the Bush years many of you guys would have called this free market economics in positive terms? I'm glad to see many on the right coming around.

There will be another video released today.

Last debate will have an audience. Curious to see how Chris Wallace handles the inevitable outbursts.

Also, short of Trump bringing up Benghazi and Hillary screaming "Yes they deserved to die! And I hope they burn in hell!" I don't think the debate will have any electoral impact.

Luke warm take: Bith candidates are going to have a bad night. Hillary on the latter topics, Trump because Wallace will likely press him on details which he has none.

Paul Ryan's favorable among Trump supporters completely tanked after last week. I'm completely confounded as to what happens in the house in January, let alone what republican voters go for in 2020.

As I continue to talk to myself, twitter made a good point: this is the first presidential election since the VRA was defanged but it's voter fraud that's dominating the narrative.

Re: debate

It'll probably be a dud, but I feel Trump is steamed enough he'll turn it into a (metaphorical and rhetorical) knife fight.

My shrink is 100% convinced he was on coke for the last two.

I've seen this brought up once or twice in the media, so I thought I'd ask our resident conservatives what the think:

Is Chris Wallace moderating a debate when his just departed boss of 10+ years has advised one of the candidates (specifically, debate prep) a conflict of interest?

Edit: Wallace is 69!? Holy cow. Dyed hair and staying out of the sun go a long way.

Sarah Palin is his invited guest. So Trump is bringing in the big guns.

But no, this debate is not going to change any of the polling numbers.
The election is now a definite referendum on Trump and its unlikely Wikileaks has anything big enough to overcome that fact. All these stupid youtube videos are only connecting with the conspiracy theory morons. The general public isn't even paying enough attention to illicit a yawn from the stories coming out from the alt "independent" news sources.

Elicit, not illicit.
No media outlet outside of Fox News will air anything critical of the Clintons. There could be video of the Clintons participating in an Inuit seal hunt and it not be covered.

While I think some of his questions could have been a little more neutral, Wallace but on a damn good performance in moderating. I don't think I've thought someone did this well in the previous two elections. Please bring him back every year. Coop, take some notes.

He (mostly) did a good job in keeping the candidates honest when they got off track. Hillary did well, sans the pay for play stuff where she looked pretty bad. I was dead wrong – Hillary killed it. Turns out when you don't let Trump take the reins and ask questions that require real knowledge he completely ****ing fails.

I think Trump did really well. He wasn't petulant, which was a change of pace.

Hillary is utterly hopeless when it comes to understanding the use of dynamic range when public speaking.

...err, what?

"You're the puppet!"
"Nasty woman!"

I thought he started off doing a very good impression of a 'presidential' person, but that veneer slipped away after about 30 min (A new record!).

When you have paid stooges bragging they have been busing people in to vote (and vote, and vote...) for 50 years...
Algore did not accept the results at first. Then there was the attempt by the Congressional Black Caucus to block Florida's electoral votes being counted.

I'd have to reference a transcript, but I'm seeing articles linked on Twitter essentially saying the same thing.

Wait? WTF? Hold up there, starpony. That's point blank absurd, I hope you know that. You're alleging that a person can't respect women if they have beef with any of them? You're not talking about someone who's pro-woman, you've just defined a doormat.

It's absurd. Ok. Then I guess it's ok for a presidential candidate to act that way. Maybe you should write-in Putin instead.

Did I say it was okay for a candidate to act that way? Have you purposely turned off your ability for reason, or was it never activated in the first place? They're last minute, throw-them-at-the-wall-to-see-if-they'll-stick allegations. With someone as famous and wealthy as Trump, do you honestly think, if this was habitual behavior, we'd just now start hearing about it?

What we know for a fact is that he liked to run his mouth and share jocular banter with "the guys", you've done it yourself (and if you claim you haven't you're lying), conflating that to being a rapist is what's absurd.

Bill Cosby was as if not more famous than Trump for decades and we never heard about it. Jimmy Saville was incredibly famous in the U.K., again for decades, and we never heard he was habitually raping disabled children.

Famous and powerful people get away with this kind of nonsense all the damn time.

I'm not 100% sure if the assault allegations against Trump are true, but to pretend they are beyond reason is nonsense.
