is anyone else having this problem?
I'm a macbook pro (the latest model) running osx 10.5.2
running Safari Version 3.1.1 (5525.18)
it freezes up on me more than any previous version of safari ever did... actually its the first version that ever froze up on me.
it also seems to randomly lose about 1/2 the passwords i keep saved in my keychain... but like macnn never gets logged out... i dont understand.

I have not experienced the problems that you have stated. In fact the new updates of safari have been far more stable then prior releases.

definitely makes me wonder if its some other program causing it... but seeing as how safari is what freezes up... and the fact that noone is responding to this thread makes me feel like i'm alone with this problem

Empty your cache? And do you ever go into auto-fill and weed out the entries?

Are your internet plug-ins up-to-date? Are you using any 'haxies' or InputManagers or SIMBL plug-ins? If so, are they up-to-date and are they compatible with the version of Safari you are running? Does it still happen if you remove them all?

I've had this issue as well (twice). Macbook 10.5.2/3.11. After a crash it only remembers (seemingly) random passwords. No added plug-ins and no haxies.
