To go with the Top 3 Bond Films Thread, how about your top Bond actor?
For me, as much as I like Daniel Craig, I've got to go with Connery. You think "James Bond" and the first person to come to mind is Sean Connery.

Sean Connery embodies James Bond, but like I said in the other thread, I absolutely adore Roger Moore's ultra-cheesy smooth-talking camp.

I agree entirely.
Although I have to admit that Craig's was the first name to pop into my head, and may well supplant Connery as my favorite in the long term (haven't seen Skyfall yet).
But Connery will always be the Original.

Also, your failure to list Peter Sellers in the list saddens me (though technically, you would have had to add Ursula Andress, David Niven, Daliah Lavi, and Terence Cooper, as well).

Octopussy corpse scene comes to mind.

Sean Connery for sure. The orginal is hard to beat. In my teens I might have said Pierce just because those were the movies coming out around that time but the more I watch his portrayals of Bond, the less I like him.
