This was purchased as a refurb in Oct. 2006. It has a new battery (replaced under battery-replacement plan in June 2008).
- 2.16Ghz Intel Core Duo
- 2GB of ram
- 120GB hard drive
- Glossy 17" screen
- ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 graphics card with 256MB ram
- SuperDrive
- Bluetooth 2.0
- Airport Extreme
- Original box NOT included (did not come with original box)
- Original Install DVDs included
I will install a fresh copy of 10.4 (Tiger) from the install DVD prior to shipping.
I will also include a Raindesign iLap 17" MPB stand.
***Computer is in great condition EXCEPT for a dent in left corner of the lower casing (imagine someone "pushed" the corner in). Not sure how it happened, but I think it fell while in a laptop briefcase in December while travelling.
No other problems or blemishes.
Asking $950 shipped to the continental US.
PayPal preferred. I have 100% eBay feedback under the username mrjinglesusa.
EDIT (1/30/2009): OK. I researched it and a new bottom pan for the 17" MBP runs about $299. I did manage to lessen the dent a bit at the expense of a few scratches in that area (pictures shown below are from PRIOR to this). The computer is in perfect working order and guaranteed not to be DOA. I've been using it for over 2 months since the dent appeared with no problems whatsoever.

Afraid not. LOL
A dent doesn't justify giving it away. Still a fantastic computer that works flawlessly.

This is a steal for this MBP with only a single cosmetic issue in one location.
