As I've been downloading the latest betas/nightlies of Omniweb and Chimera, they've been adding themselves to my browsers drop down list.
The thing is, after I've deleted the apps they are still there, and it's causing it to be a mess including external links trying to load a generic app called Navigator 0.4.0 (see screenshot of name plus generic app icon).
Is there a .plist file or something somewhere to delete everything in this list and start again?

Actually it's LaunchServices doing the adding of the apps to its database. Any browser that lists a CFBundleURLType for http in their Info.plist will appear as a choice for default web browser in the Internet prefs panel.

If they're still there after you've emptied your trash and/or rebooted then it may be that you've found a bug in 10.2
