I downloaded Carcassone for free on the 5 years offer thing, and have been playing it a few times since.

I came to play it yesterday and each tile was half black and half with the land on, split diagonally, making the game unplayable because you don't know whats on the tiles. Same thing happened when I quit the game and started a new one. Anyone else had this or know what the problem might be (game or system) ?

It'll be much easier if you just comply.

I played it a few days ago and it was ok. I'll check tonight if I remember.

I actually really like that game but the online support for it is pretty weak so it kind of lost my interest. Too many games where players would constantly quit and by the end I'd just be playing against the cpu.

I gotta say ... buy the board game. It's awesome, and you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone who doesn't enjoy it once they've tried it.

There's a few expansions and sequels too. I like Carcassonne: Hunters & Gatherers myself.

Ah, but how much fun is a board game to play alone and drunk on a thursday night?
