O que la hoja central es una cinta de Mobius cuyo fin coincide con su principio. Entonces no puedes ni llegar a ella ni salir de ella.
Thanks.

Or that the central leaf is a tape of Mobius whose aim agrees with its principle. Then you can neither arrive at her nor leave her.
That's pretty much litteral, but lacks nuances-I think it means more "Mobius strip" rather than "tape of Mobius," but you can get th gist.
Thanks, Babelfish!

It's called Möbius strip. With an 'ö'.

That's what I get on my Widget translator thingy too. I get the general sense of it from that. But maybe a Mexican (or Spaniard or Argentine) can give it the native speaker touch.

You are talking aboout the diaeresis. I love that little thing.

A better non-literal translation would be:
Or that the most important page is a Mobius strip whose end coincides with its beginning. Thus being something you cannot enter nor leave.

Saddino, I thought that was the intention behind "leaf" (hoja) but I wasn't 100% sure. Context is important, especiallly when an amateur (me) tries something like even an automated translation.

Yeah. I should've given the context. Sorry.

Note than "Or that the most important page" for "O que la hoja central" isn't accurate, "Or that the middle leaf/page" would be a better choice. You would have to know about what 'hoja' means there, both could easily be right. Does this sentence reffer to an image/logo you could show us?

It's from an Internet forum discussion about a footnote to the short story "The Library of Babel" by Jorge Luis Borges.
Yes, some smart alec posted his reply in Spanish.
The footnote:
Letizia Álvarez de Toledo has observed that this vast Library is useless: rigorously speaking, a single volume would be sufficient, a volume of ordinary format, printed in nine or ten point type, containing an infinite number of infinitely thin leaves. (In the early seventeenth century, Cavalieri said that all solid bodies are the superimposition of an infinite number of planes.) The handling of this silky vade mecum would not be convenient: each apparent page would unfold into other analogous ones; the inconceivable middle page would have no reverse.

Does anyone in this thread actually speak Spanish? Because most of those translations make no sense whatsoever.

According to my calculations, it translates exactly to:
"Dear aunt, let’s set so double the killer delete select all."

Ya his input is the only bit that makes sense.
Like BRussell point out, the rest make as much sense as MS's voice recognition.
