I just want to know if I've been living under a rock.

Looking at her Wikipedia page she seems like an extremely young and intelligent woman, and beautiful too!

Want your mind blown again? She and Jim from the Office actually dated for a while IRL!

Ya, I was minorly bummed when her character got cut from the Office, but couldn't be happier in the long run as Parks and Rec has easily outgrown it as the better show.

Extremely young? Seems an odd thing to say about a 35 year old.
I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....

I didn't know she was that old, but she's on the young side of comparable peers that have accomplished similar things, probably.

That's what having a famous father can do for you.

I knew because they are both distant relatives.

Quincy Jones and my grandfather were first cousins. Which would make Rashida Jones and my father second cousins. So I suppose that would make she and I second cousins once-removed. Never met either of them since they are part of a far flung branch of the family.

You should use that as a pick-up line if you ever meet her.

There is that. Don't think the Mrs. would appreciate it though.
