... just found out at Blizzard's Warcraft3-site that my ibook (600/384) does not meet the minimum requirements...

ah well, i'll stick with starcraft for another 2 years

Heh, iBook isn't designed for gamers but I bet you know that as well

I'll have to check to see if my TiG4 400 rev A meet the min requirement too.

It seems your main concern will be whether or not you have a 16MB vid card. If you got that, you'll be fine as far as actually being able to run the game. Who knows how playable it will be though. . .

You're right; minimum requirements don't say that much about playability...

Yeah, Indeed I didn't buy the iBook to play games mainly. To be honest, I don't play anything but StarCraft

It's strange that the PC has lower graphics requirements than the Mac. I too am disappointed, especially since my iBook 466 is the highest end machine I currently own. I guess it makes sense, though, but it is too bad.

I have an iBook 500 but I have pre-ordered Warcraft III anyway. Fortunately I can use my Pentium III 500 with GeForce 2MX if it is unplayable or does not run on my iBook although I hate Windows XP.
