I noticed from this forum that Mozilla 1.1 was out so downloaded it and gave it a try. When I go to www.weather.com and click on the link to put a radar map into motion (Java Applet) mozilla 1.1 quits. The same is not true of mozilla 1.0.
I also tried www.jigzone.com (another big Java Applet) with the same results.

Does anyone else have similar problems with Mozilla 1.1 and Applets?

Ditto on the weather.com. also crashes reliably if trying to open the "Gamecast" feature for baseball games from espn.com.

Does Mozilla 1.1 need to have the java enabler from Netscape installed to run applets?
