Not a biggie, but take a look at this thread:
http://forums.macnn.com/showthread.p...hreadid=249439
devdev makes his "first" post and has a post count of 1.
Further down the page he replies with his "second" post, but still has a post count of 1.
Looking at his profile he has 1 post, but finding all posts gives him 2.

i could rerun everyone thru the postcount-meter, but it takes awhile and at the end of it Goricky would very likely no longer have exactly 10,000 posts.

That alone would make it worth the time. Go for it!

Take a look at Turtle777's post halfway into the 2nd page. That could have been a moderator having fun though.
Is there a number of posts where the forum software will pull an "Asteroids" and reset your post count to 0? Or make the forums come crashing down.
Gorickey should have retired at 1,000,000.

Then he would have to come out of retirement, work in Milwaukee, and get three more posts.

It's sad, but I was looking forward to the confusion that day would bring. And now you had to go and ruin the surprise.
