When users create a new folder within a common shared point on our server (10.3.4 Server) the read/write settings are defaulting to "read only" for everyone accept the owner.

How/where do I make the correction for this problem?

Thanks!

change the umask for the user's shell in it's rc file. or do it system-wide in /etc/profile.
