I'm selling my 3G 40GB iPod. There is not a single scratch on it. When it was removed from the plastic, it was immediately put in an iSkin and never used without the case.

The iPod comes with all of the original packaging. Many of the accessories are still sealed, including the dock and remote. AppleCare and an Arctic iSkin Evo Case are also included.
