Is there a way to change the default font in Pages? It's set to Swiss 721 SWA which is not a font I care for (esp. since it lacks Italics and Bold!). I don't believe this is the default font for new Macs, as the new iMac I played with today used a more standard font for it's default.

It also acts as the default font across the system (or at least for anything using the iWork style "fonts" window, i.e. Stickies).

Note that by default I mean the font selected if I were to just start typing w/o changing anything, also I'm using iWork '08, though this was an issue for me in '06 as well.

Any ideas?

Would it work to create a blank template with the font you use most often, and set Pages to always open with that template as the default?

I can make a template with my desired font as the default, but how would I make Safari open to that as it;s default template? I can open it in the opening template chooser, but If I turn it off (as I asually do) it just opens to the "blank" template w/ the normal (and unwanted) font.
