No bloody way. I'm shocked and amazed. For example next year, if you could choose - do you pick Coughlin over Belichek as your head coach? Brady over Manning?
After seeing these playoffs, I'd definitely pick the Giants defense over the Pats defense, hands down. Their defense is one of the best I've ever seen in the post season.

Did I imply otherwise? All I was saying was there some super-drunk super-rude guys mouthing off in an overly obnoxious manner. By no means was it close to trash talking from other fans.

I like when people act as if THEY were a part of the success.

You were watching a team play a game, calm down drunken idiots.

That's why I rarely watch sporting events at bars/pubs. There's always some dude just waiting to tell you all about why his team is the best and why you should die.

So, aren't you glad the Giants won ?

I mean, with these crazy Giants fans around you, who knows what would have happened to you if they lost ?

Yeah, I especially liked the screaming/spitting "IN... YOUR... FACE BEOTCH!"

I do have to agree with Shaddim tho. The Giants D is phenomenal. If the Pats D was that good... well, you know... if, woulda, coulda, shoulda.

I'm pretty sure, there was one point in time where I screamed "IN YOUR FACE BEEOTCH."

Just sayin'. I did that.

They played well, but they were no 2000 Ravens (or even 2002 Bucs for that matter). The Ravens basically won the Super Bowl without an offense.

The Pats defense was exposed down the stretch of the regular season. They have a lot of playmakers, sure, but age is starting to catch up with them. I'm sure they'll be criticized mercilessly for playing their starters all the way instead of resting them.

Yes, but did you stand on the bar, turning purple and spitting the entire time?

Unfortunately, I had really, really boring articles on Property law to read immediately afterwards, so I was unable to quite make it to that noteworthy level of inebriation.

gofridge already pointed out that it was gofridge promising Eli Manning that gofridge would buy a Citizen watch if the Giants defeated the Packers that did it.

I sure wish I had placed a bet based on my gut feeling that the Giants would win.

I said I'd eat my hat and post pics, but I really like this hat.

Plus it was all in the spirit of trash-talking.

I can bite a little peice off and chew it a few times I guess

Just get a hat made of cake or asbestos or something. You didn't specify which hat you'd eat.

Haha.

Un-clever sports fans take note of the right way to rub something in an opposing fan's face.
