You could take screen grabs (apple,shift,4) which would give you a 72dpi pict file. if you enlarge the picture to fill your screen first (400%) then scaled it down in photoshop you might get something printable.
Acrobat (not the reader) has many plugins available but it's a bit pricey, have a look at <a href="http://www.planetpdf.com." target="_blank">www.planetpdf.com.</a> theres <a href="http://www.versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=13344&db=mac" target="_blank">this</a> plugin for instance but I'm not sure whether it'll do what you want.
