Looking on the official Apple forums, it appears various people are having stability problems with their crucial RAM in G4 iBooks,.

I got my new iBook last week, and its been perfect stability wise. Today I installed my 512mb RAM from crucial and within 2 mins of it booting it was crashing. Photoshop CS, iPhoto, Software Update, everything.

Just wondering if you guys were having issues with Crucial RAM?

Thanks.

Thanks for the info.

Ahh so at least its not my iBook huh? I'll call Crucial in the morning, hopefully they will be able to help me out. Its been a week since I got the ram as my iBook was a little late coming.

Thanks.
