Back in 1984, Apple had two really great operating systems (Mac OS and Lisa OS). Universities had huge Unix systems that were great. Then Microsoft went and raped them all by releasing Windows 3.1 and later Windows 95, which may have been the greatest tragedy in human history. Millions of potentially useful computer systems have now been ruined due to Windows-based viruses.

Does anyone here regard the decision to drop those bombs morally acceptable?
