From New York Times:
SOUTH KOREA: MAN DIES AFTER 2-DAY COMPUTER GAME A 28-year-old man collapsed in an Internet cafe in southern Taegu after playing a computer game almost non-stop for 49 hours, the police said. He had eaten minimally and not slept, refusing to leave his keyboard while he played the battle simulation game StarCraft. He died at a hospital a few hours later, of what doctors are presuming was a heart attack. (AP)

What measures should be taken to prevent gamers to kill themselves by Over-Gaming™?

How to prevent gamers from killing themselves....

Is that a big problem?
Games don't kill gamers, gamers do...themselves...

How can the heart attack be linked to gaming, like a seizure or something.

He died doing what he loved(?)

Why is it that I have heard stories of people staying up 3+ days and living, but these people play Starcraft for 2 days and die? This isn't the first time it happened.
Genius. You know who.

In South Korea, only old people die from over-gaming.

Require all games to run only on Windows 98. After a few reboots they'll get bored and wander off to get some sleep/food.
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.

Employees at internet cafés should be required to check how long people sit in front of their computers. If they stay for 24 hours, they are obviously professionals who can't afford to waste time on food, drink, toilet visits or sleep, and should therefore be hooked on a life support system and get fed amphetamine intravenously so they can go on playing uninterrupted until they reach they reach the limit on their credit cards.
Making sense is overrated.

Absolutely none. Blessing in disguise that people that dumb bump themselves off.
