I am really glad apple was able to put leopard back on, but its not behaving during boot/shutdown like the retail installation usually does.

is there a command I can run to make everything look pretty again - basically my grey screen with the spinning gear is gone during boot up, and my shut down blue screen is gone. Both are replaced with status messages/updates of some kind.

thx

So, you sent a piece of software to Apple Care ?

How did you send it ? Paper ? Cds ? DVDs ?
