I stumbled across the Open Firmware Password Utility in the /Applications/Utilities directory on the 10.1 upgrade CD.
It doesnt appear to work, has anyone had much luck with it ?
It' should be used to set and remove open-firmware passwords to
help protect a powerbook for example.
Cheers,
Ben.

Alternatively, you can do this by hand. It isn't difficult.

I could, I did, but now there's a nice app to do it for me.
I'd like to make it work.
Cheers,
Ben.
