When I run the HDD Scan diagnostic test on my 30GB 3rd gen iPod, it fails to read the hard drive. For the most part (90% of the time) my iPod works fine, but other times, in clusters, it locks up itself and iTunes. I'm not sure what the options are beyond getting the disk repaired (Disk Utility and Disk Warrior say it's fine), replaced, or buying a new iPod.

Ideas?

Thanks

Backup your data, download the iPod Software Updater and choose to Restore (reinitialize) the iPod.
