I just installed Leopard but backed up my entire hard drive beforehand using SuperDuper. Can someone please tell me specifically how to restore my emails and preferences back into Mail, my iTunes library into iTunes, and my iPhoto library back into iPhoto. Thanks.

~ = Your username

Mail Restore-
Replace or Copy
~/Library/Mail
~/Library/Mail Downloads
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist"

iTunes Restore-
Replace or Copy
~/Music/iTunes
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iTunes.plist
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iTunes.eq.plist

For iPhoto Im assuming you store your iPhoto library in the default location
If not, you can leave it where it is and hold down option when you launch iPhoto.

iPhoto Library-
~/Pictures/iPhoto Library
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iPhoto.plist

swiz >> just curious, Ii've never backed up any of the iTunes and iPhoto plists whenever I format and replace my music and photos, thus far I haven't noticed anything that I had to redo, other than settings in preferences for both.. Is that what the plists are storing for iTunes and iPhoto?

Yes, I just copy them over to assure I am really restoring exactly what I had been using. Although I have run into a few iTunes restores where I lost my ratings and play counts which is annoying. Ive come up with a fool-proof method for NEVER losing my iTunes ratings again though.
