I want to be able to sync my flash drive to a folder on my Mac (running Leopard). So say if I work on a Word document on another Mac or PC it will recognize the update and sync my files. I would like something smart enough to realize what has been created, added, or edited so that it doesn't copy all of my files back and fourth every single time. I need something reliable as well. I can't afford to be losing files. Thanks for any help.

ChronoSync if you want something gooey, rsync if you're savvy with the command line, or FolderShare if both computers are connected to the internet.
