Whats a good use-in case/sleeve?

	I am looking for a case/sleeve that has handles and that allows me to use the MacBook Pro from inside of it. I found: http://www.radtech.us/Products/NeoCase.aspx I'm just worried that the laptop might overheat or get quite loud because there is no way for it to vent in the back while being used inside the sleeve. Anyone have this product? How is it? Can anyone recommend something else?
