Can someone please tell me if there is a way to see if SP2 in on a XP disk? If so I'd really appreciate it

If it says SP2 on the disk labelling, it has it.
If the printing on the disk doesn't mention SP2, it almost certainly doesn't.
If you have an original retail or full OEM disk of XP, you can create a slipstream version with SP2 included, Google for slipstream SP2

If it's a disk that was originally bundled with a Dell or HP or something, or not an original Microsoft disk, well then.... Yer on yer own, podner.

If the label says XP Professional, then it surely is not SP2. I tried it once thinking it's ahead of the latter, but it turned out to be SP1 instead.

What Steve said. There's a file on the XP disc that will tell you what version, including which SP, you have. Note that this will not work if you have a slipstreamed disc-read the sticky titled "Is It REALLY An XP SP2 Disc? How To Tell.
