Can the latest unibody MacBook Pro 15" be connected to Apple 30" Cinema HD Display, at Display's best resolution?

Thanks.

Yes, although the quality leaves something to be desired. See the reviews at the Apple Store, this post by Gizmodo, and this post with more information.

Thanks for the info. I guess that I will wait for the bigger LED display - hopefully soon.

I think this might be a adapter issue.
I have my MacBook Pro (previous model) using Dell's 27" LCD.

So far no problems. I have two of the 27-Inch and according to matrox the MacBook Pro should be able to run two 1900x1200 LCDs.

The 27" monitors are only 1920x1200, so they only need the single-link adapter. The problem is with the dual-link adapter.

Yes, you can run two 1920x1200 LCDs with the Matrox DualHead2Go Digital; this doesn't get you any closer to running one 30" at native res.

The Matrox DualHead2Go (Digital) will work if the displays are 1920x1200 or less.
