Hey,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question or not. I'm looking for options to store up to 6GB of information online. Are there any problems with this that I should be aware of? Such as the reality of file transferr rates, ect. I'm kind of new to this whole thing so be nice.

Also, if anybody knows of any good websites that have this kind of service that would be great as well.

Well, the reality of transfer rates is the reality of transfer rates. You most likely won't have super-fast bandwidth and watch out for services that have bandwidth limits (and then charge you for excess).

Right now, I think I have a great solution -- my old iMac DV is operating as my web storage (I have a static IP). My storage is as large as the hard drive in that machine and I can manually alter files at machine/LAN speeds when I'm at home .. its a little slow downloading remotely but it works, y'know ? And no recurring fees.
