Restoring a deleted Stripe set... NEED HELP

First of all, yes I know that if you lose a drive in a stripe you are screwed. This is not the case, I accidentally deleted the 4 drive stripe I had in disk utility after I added another disk to it and then tried to remove the disk I added and it wound up deleting the whole friggin thing. So much for a confirmation pop-up warning me the world was about to crumble. The 4 disks are still grayed out in Disk Utility and they are listed as Apple_RAID_OfflineV2. Is there a way through the terminal or a configuration file that I can piece the stripe back together. The information a bout the set looks like it is still on the disks I hope I can just tell the OS where to look for the pieces.
