I see that the anarchists are rioting again in the UK. Over budget cuts. I thought the entire point of being an anarchist is to eliminate the government. So why do they riot when the government's size is reduced?

Is it because they will no longer get handouts from the government?

Of course, most European "anarchists" are actually communists who wanted a cooler image for themselves.

This is what you get when the society stops telling emo-twits to: "Grow up, get a freakin' job" and worse, your crappy government actually sponsors their emo-twitism.

Not to worry- we've got our own crop of nitwits that can't wait for nanny state-sanctioned slackerism here too.

Aww how cute. Spoiled twits waving the symbol of global tyranny and 100's of millions dead. To the pea that passes for a collective brain among lefty twits, that's 'progressive'.

You're not alone kids! Emo-twits all over the world -no matter their age- still think that's the answer to all their loser desires too.

So much for the argument against corporal punishment. Seriously. You just know the parents should have beat these asses -even just a little- at the first flare up of emo-twitism. Too late now.

That's because it's accurate, and all the leftists in the UK are walking clichés. So much so, I can pretty much predict with startling accuracy what any one of them will think about anything or do in in given situation. They really *are* that moronic.

These people give anarchists a bad name.

What kind of 'anarchist' scrawls "tax the rich" on a wall? That's the exact opposite of anarchy- you're pining away for an out of control nanny-state and being a total tool for some big govt. union.

Emo twits don't even know how to rebel properly.

True, true. It was more of a rhetorical question.

Judging by the flags they haven't completely given up on emoting that communism is cool.

That can pretty much be said about *anybody* who shows up to rallies with regularity. Pick an anti-gay or anti-abortionist protester, and one can pretty much predict with startling accuracy what any one of them will think about anything or do in in given situation (ie: complain about big government in one breath while demanding more government nanny-statism in their area of concern in the other breath).

There are some fugly women (and men) in the UK, it may even be a comparatively high percentage, but there is also no shortage of absolute stunners.

But with the leftists here, I can tell you what they're going to say/do even if they're not protester types - tell me their political party and I'll tell you what they're about and how they think. "Sheeple" is an over-used but accurate word.

bah. one can do that with the rightists here as well. some of the rightist sheeple even recite word-for-word what comes out of the mouth of their favoured talk radio host.

there will always be notable exceptions in either case.

Honest question: so do these people actually describe themselves as anarchists or are you just assuming they do because they are throwing stuff? I'd call them rioters, but rioters are not necessarily anarchists.

From the article with the images:
Around 50 people were evacuated to a function room at the back of the building. Windows of the restaurant’s Rivoli Bar were also pelted with paint while those of Ritz Fine Jewellery were smashed. The famous afternoon tea was cancelled, and walls of the building were daubed with anarchy symbols.
I think the point has already been made that none of these nitwits really have the foggiest idea what anarchy means, any more than they do communism. It just sounds 'cool' to them, and they like to scrawl the A symbol.

But I can see that calling themselves by an accurate handle, IE: Whiny Tools or Clueless Emo-Twits wouldn't sound nearly as 'cool', and what kind of symbol would you spray paint up on a wall? A picture of a spoiled kid sucking on a big government teat?
