does newegg do UK shipping? if so get it from them. PQI 1G sticks for around $135 US. Lots of mini users getting it from there. Haven't heard of one unhappy buyer.

Newegg does not ship to the UK though...they don't even ship to Canada.
Truthfully, all you SHOULD need for your mini is the PC2700. The G4 in the machine runs at 167MHz, or DDR333, which is what PC2700 does. The PC3200 might let you run it at 2700 CAS 2, but the last I checked, no Mac ever allowed memory latency timings to be adjusted, so you'd be wasting the money to go better.

the pc2700 is 93.99 whilst the pc3200 is 96.34

hi X-Ray,
thank you very much for that link.
PC2700 or PC3200 Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM)
2.5 volt --> the pc3200 i was looking at was 2.6v
'Using PC3200 memory does not provide additional speed benefits. Although the Mac mini supports PC3200 DIMMs, the PC3200 RAM will operate at PC2700 (333 MHz) speeds' --> saves me 2 ish lol
pc2700 it is then
thanks again,

You're welcome. 2 quid is 2 quid - go buy yourself a pint with the leftover money.
